No reservation for wedding packages in Hawaii is taken
without the receipt of a deposit.
Bookings for Hawaiian weddings are
made in the order that they are received. First deposit received is the
first reservation made.

Deposits
For wedding packages in Hawaii over $400.00:
- A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required to make a reservation for any Hawaiian wedding over $400.00.
- Another deposit sufficient to bring the total deposit amount up to fifty percent (50%) of the total original package amount, is due thirty (30) days before the Hawaii wedding date.
- The remaining balance is due, in full, fourteen (14) days before the Hawaii wedding date.
For wedding packages in Hawaii under $400.00:
- A non-refundable deposit, equal to the full amount of the Hawaiian wedding package, is due in full to make any reservation.
Forms of payments/deposits:
- Payments may be made by USPS Postal Money Order, bank cashiers checks, bank money orders or travelers checks.
- Sorry, no personal checks accepted.

Confirmation of Deposit for weddings in Hawaii
Upon receipt of your deposit, you will be telephoned, and e-mailed, confirming the receipt of your deposit, at which time you will be given your reservation information, including your confirmation number.
Cancellations
If you cancel within ten (10) days of the reserved wedding date and time, your entire deposit will be forfeited in full.
If booking is made less than ten (10) days before the reserved date and time of wedding, full payment must be received within twenty-four (24) hours of the reservation booking, or the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.
Special Holidays
Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, and Valentines Day, all have special and separate fees, deposit requirements, and cancellation policies. Please telephone our office for details.
Mailing Methods
There are several different methods that can be used to mail in a deposit and make a reservation. Please call our office for suggestions.
Travel Fees
All prices are for the Honolulu area.
Additional travel fees will be added to all Hawaii weddings outside of the
Honolulu area. Please telephone our office for further
details.

Packages and rates are subject to change without notice.
